Orders placed on daydreamsupply.com are processed between Monday – Friday 8am to 3pm (excluding bank holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed, pending on payment authorization and verification. If you have purchased an item(s) from daydreamsupply.com and want to exchange it for a different size, colour or style, you can do so by returning the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the delivery, just email email@example.com. Please include a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the item(s) you would like. We will ship the new item(s) to the original address at no extra charge. Item(s) purchased at daydreamsupply.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a full refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
